Could quality teams connect SOP changes, retraining and qualification evidence without a manual chase?
A workforce software provider needed a reason for quality, compliance and people leaders to look beyond the systems they already had. The campaign focused on a practical question: who is qualified to do the work, and can the team prove it?
The provider sold software for connecting role requirements, training, skills, certifications and competency records. Its buyers needed to see who was current, what was missing and which changes required action. The sales conversation therefore centred on qualification visibility and the process behind it.
Outreach covered medical-device companies, healthcare organizations and manufacturers. Each segment received its own calling language and email sequence, with the questions adapted to the work that buyer actually owned.
A familiar software category could hide an unfamiliar gap. The campaign explored whether the existing systems made qualification evidence easy to find and keep current.
