Your first 60 days with CallTeam

See how we work your prospect list, week after week.

We make the calls, manage the follow-ups and introduce fresh prospects. You see who we are working, what we are learning and which conversations are ready for your sales team.

A campaign you can follow.

This is an illustrative activity plan for B2B outreach in the US and Canada. Your proposal confirms volumes, data and timing. The 60-day walkthrough starts when calling begins, after preparation.

01 / Before the first dial

A focused list.
A clear reason to call.

We agree who belongs in the campaign, what we will say and what makes a meeting worth your time.

CallTeam’s managed cold calling process connects prospect selection, repeated call attempts, qualification and sales handoff. Each contact keeps a recorded outcome and a next action.

Bring an existing list, or include prospect research and list building in your scope. We prepare the buyer roles, contact details and account context before calling.

What we count

3 people. 1 company.

A prospect is an individual decision-maker or relevant contact. Three people at one company count as three prospects.

A qualified meeting comes later.

We establish fit, a business reason and the buyer’s agreement to meet.

02 / Month one

Start calling.
Keep the follow-up moving.

In this example, 300 prospects enter over four weekly batches. Repeat attempts and agreed callbacks run alongside first calls.

300distinct prospects introduced
1,200planned call attempts
4attempts per prospect on average
  1. Week 01

    Open the campaign.

    150 new prospects

Make the first calls. Confirm reachability, record buyer responses and schedule the next attempts.

  2. Week 02

    Return with purpose.

    50 new prospects

Work requested callbacks and try suitable unanswered contacts at different times. Introduce the next batch.

  3. Week 03

    Use what buyers tell us.

    50 new prospects

Follow live conversations, check referrals and sharpen the opening using the objections we hear.

  4. Week 04

    Prepare the next month.

    50 new prospects

Continue calling, protect agreed meetings and review who should remain active for the next cycle.

The 1,200 attempts cover the whole month, including repeat calls and callbacks. A prospect’s response and entry date determine their cadence; later arrivals can continue into month two.

03 / After each call

The response decides
what happens next.

Every active prospect has a status. Your team can see which conversations need attention and which contacts have completed their outreach.

Not reached yet

Plan the next attempt.

Check fit and contact details. Try another suitable time while the agreed sequence remains open.

Next: another scheduled attempt

Follow-up agreed

Keep the commitment.

Record what the buyer asked for and when to return. Send agreed information through an approved channel.

Next: a dated callback or follow-up

Qualified meeting

Prepare your salesperson.

Confirm the purpose, buyer and time. Pass the conversation notes and track the meeting’s next step.

Next: a sales handoff with context

Closed or removed

Keep the list useful.

Remove unsuitable records, clear declines and opt-outs. Pause completed sequences where appropriate.

Next: close or pause active outreach
A booked meeting changes the work.

The contact moves into confirmation and sales handoff. We stop the prospecting sequence and focus on the agreed conversation.

04 / Month two

Your campaign
keeps its history.

Relevant follow-ups continue. Fresh prospects enter alongside them, with the next month’s calling capacity planned around both groups.

Continuing prospects150

Still suitable, with agreed follow-ups or call attempts remaining.

New prospects150

Fresh people introduced in weekly batches as capacity allows.

Worked during month two300

Within a second monthly plan of 1,200 call attempts.

A steady intake of new contacts.

  1. Week 0540new prospects
  2. Week 0640new prospects
  3. Week 0740new prospects
  4. Week 0830new prospects
450 distinct prospects

Across the two months: the original 300, plus 150 new people. Returning prospects retain their history and are counted once in the total audience.

The 150/150 split illustrates capacity planning. Other month-one contacts have left active calling through a handoff, closure or pause. The actual split follows each record’s status; carryover and new intake share the same calling capacity.

05 / What you see

A weekly update
you can act on.

Know who we are reaching, what buyers are saying and what we will do next.

Your update connects calling activity with conversations, follow-ups and qualified meetings. We separate attempts from people reached so the numbers stay useful.

CallTeam manages the outreach and handoff. Your team takes the sales meetings, handles proposals and shares feedback on the opportunities.

How does a managed B2B cold calling campaign work?

CallTeam agrees the target market, prepares the contact list and talk track, makes the calls, records responses, follows up and qualifies the next step. When a prospect agrees to a suitable meeting, your sales team receives the booking and conversation notes. Weekly reviews guide the next round of outreach.

How many prospects and calls are in this example?

The first month introduces 300 distinct prospects and plans 1,200 call attempts. That equals four attempts per prospect on average. At 1,500 attempts, the average would be five. These are planning examples; your proposal sets the calling volume, research and follow-up scope.

Does every prospect receive four or five calls?

The next action depends on the response and when the prospect enters the campaign. A suitable person who has not answered may receive another attempt at a different time. A booking, clear decline, opt-out, unsuitable record or agreed later callback changes the plan. Prospects introduced late in the month can continue their cadence into the next month.

Are prospects the same as companies or qualified leads?

A prospect is an individual person we have selected to contact. Three people at one company count as three prospects and one company. A qualified meeting requires the agreed fit, a relevant business reason and the buyer’s agreement to meet. Being on the contact list alone does not establish interest.

What happens to prospects we have not reached?

We review their fit, record quality and remaining call attempts. Eligible prospects continue into the next month with their history intact. We honour agreed callbacks and remove opt-outs, clear declines and unsuitable contacts from active outreach. A completed sequence can be paused instead of repeated indefinitely.

How are new prospects added each month?

Fresh contacts enter in weekly batches alongside existing follow-ups. In the second-month illustration, 150 continuing prospects are joined by 150 new prospects, introduced in batches of 40, 40, 40 and 30. The actual intake follows available calling capacity and the work already scheduled.

Can you run this campaign in the United States or Canada?

CallTeam supports B2B outbound calling and appointment setting for US and Canadian markets. We agree the geography, buyer roles, local calling hours, contact sources and applicable outreach requirements before launch. The prospect list and conversation are built around your offer and chosen market.

Is this a 60-day contract or a guarantee of meetings?

This resource illustrates the first 60 days of calling after campaign preparation. Most CallTeam managed outbound programs begin with a three-month engagement. Your proposal confirms the term, launch plan, data scope and calling activity. Meetings depend on buyer response, qualification and your market; the sample report is illustrative.
