Your answers / Your comparison
Costs use your inputs. Unconfirmed items remain open. Scope, execution and buyer fit still need to be assessed.
Bring the questions you found. We’ll show you what CallTeam would run, what your team would handle and what the investment covers.
02 / A fictional example
For a three-month comparison, a setup charge changes the picture. Both examples below assume zero other charges.
| Known costs | Proposal A | Proposal B |
|---|---|---|
| Per calendar month | $4,000 | $3,500 |
| Setup | $0 | $2,500 |
| Three-month total | $12,000 | $13,000 |
A: $4,000 × 3 = $12,000. B: $3,500 × 3 + $2,500 = $13,000. This explains the cost difference. It does not establish which agency will deliver better results.
03 / The result behind the number
Compare appointment-setting proposals using a shared definition. Otherwise, a cost per meeting can describe very different outcomes.
A meeting is scheduled. Confirm whether a no-show still counts and who handles rescheduling.
The conversation takes place. Confirm who must attend and what makes the buyer a fit.
Your team accepts the meeting against agreed criteria. Confirm the evidence, rejection window and handoff.
04 / Evidence behind a scope
CallTeam’s published SaaS campaign followed the work beyond the calendar invite. Read the buyer targeting, qualification and follow-up behind the results.
Read the SaaS campaign case studyResults from one past campaign. Your scope and outcome depend on your offer, market and sales follow-through.
05 / How the tool works
Built for B2B lead generation, appointment setting and outsourced SDR proposals. The calculations are visible, and the questions follow the terms you enter.
Need a broader agency buying guide?A monthly fee is multiplied by your selected months. Four-week fees use a 52-week annual basis: fee × 13 ÷ 12 × months. This estimates an equivalent cost; actual invoice dates and full billing cycles can differ. A one-time package is counted once, so confirm its scope covers your chosen period.
Known cost = fixed fee for the period + setup + other fixed costs + fee per result × entered result count. An unanswered cost stays unknown. Tax, exchange rates, internal sales costs, notice periods and future renewals are not added. Minimum-term fixed cost covers the fixed fee and setup only.
The tool checks unclear fees, result definitions, qualification, replacement terms, data access and handoff. It gives you up to five priority questions per proposal. It does not assess provider performance or award a winner.
No document uploads or account are needed. Calculation code runs locally and does not transmit proposal values. Input and result areas are masked from session replay. Use copy or print to keep the result; it is not automatically attached to a booking.
06 / Before you decide
Use the same currency and comparison period, then check the fixed fee, setup costs, variable charges and minimum commitment. Compare what counts as a result, who qualifies the buyer, what happens to no-shows and which records your team receives. Use this tool to put those answers beside each other and identify what to ask next.
Yes. Compare the work and outcome in each scope. An outsourced SDR proposal may cover research, calling, email and CRM work; an appointment-setting proposal may focus on a defined meeting outcome. Enter what each quote actually includes. The service name alone does not make the scopes equivalent.
Enter the retainer as a fixed fee. For a proposal with no retainer, enter zero. In “Scope and extra costs”, enter the charge per result and a result count for the full comparison period. Use the same meeting definition to compare unit costs. The result is a cost scenario based on your inputs, not a forecast of delivery.
Include setup and other quoted charges for the period, such as research, data licensing, validation, tools or added campaign capacity. Add any separate fee per result. Avoid counting a cost twice when it is already included. Leave an unknown amount blank so the comparison identifies it as unresolved. Tax and your internal sales costs are outside this tool.
A booked meeting is scheduled. An attended meeting takes place. A sales-accepted meeting also meets criteria your sales team agrees to accept. Qualification can be checked before booking or after the conversation, so ask when it is assessed and what evidence comes with the handoff.
Choose “Not stated” or leave the amount blank. The tool highlights missing answers and builds questions you can send to the agency. An unanswered question is a reason to clarify the scope before deciding; it is not proof that the provider cannot do the work.
Price is one part of the decision. Buyer fit, execution, qualification, reporting and your team’s ability to follow up all affect value. This tool compares the terms you enter. It does not rank providers or predict their results. Use the linked case studies and a scope conversation to assess the delivery behind a quote.
The comparison runs in your browser. Its code does not upload your entries or save them to an account, and the input and result areas are masked from session replay. Basic usage events can record that the tool was used, without proposal values. Use Clear entries to remove what you entered. Copy or print to keep a result. Booking a call does not send the comparison automatically.
